入选标准
- •1. Inborn neonates 30 0/7 to 34 6/7 wks of gestation requiring resuscitation at birth
- •2. Informed parental consent
排除标准
- •1. Neonates born at gestation less than 30 wks or more than or equal to 35 weeks
- •2. Babies not requiring resuscitation at birth
- •3. Outborn babies
- •4.Major lethal congenital anomalies or known/suspected chromosomal anomalies
- •5.Fetal hydrops
- •6.Rh isoimmunization
- •7.Multiple gestation
- •8.Cord prolapse, cord abnormalities such as true knots
- •9.Short umbilical cord length
- •10.No parental consent
- •11. Those whose residence does not lie within 20 kms radius from our unit
