Patients who are suspicious of advanced malignancy, having symptoms of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage, history of H. pylori eradication, diagnosed as having intestinal metaplasia, gastrectomy, NSAIDS, anticoaglants and antiplatelet aggregation agents with in one week, severe organ failure, pregnancy
