Study Overview
Brief Summary
Migraine affects 15% to 29% of the global population and is a major disability cause, particularly in women. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Homeopathic Medical Repertory (3rd Revised Edition) by Dr. Robin Murphy in reducing migraine intensity and duration. It aims to highlight the potential benefits of homeopathic treatments for migraine management. This study is a quantitative, prospective, single-arm trial involving 30 cases over 12 months, using individualized homeopathic remedies based on Hahnemannian guidelines and following up every 7 to 15 days.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Age from 21 to 52 years Both sexes All socio-economic status Willing to give informed consent Diagnostic criteria will be included after symptomatological screening.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age below 21 and above 52 years Migraine in patient with any other systemic disease Migraine in patient with any pathological changes.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Primary Objective - To reduce intensity, duration & aura of migraine
Time Frame: 4 months
Secondary Outcomes
- Secondary Objective - To verify rubrics related to migraine(total 12 months per patient 3 months observation)
