Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients (>= 18 years) having diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes mellitus presenting to Medicine OPD and giving informed consent to participate in the study would be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women and patients declining to give informed consent would be excluded from the study.
