1. In line with the RUTI diagnostic criteria of Western medicine;
2. In line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine;
3. between the ages of 18 and 75;
4. Voluntarily accept treatment and sign informed consent.
1. The first episode of acute urinary tract infection;
2. Imaging examination found urinary tract congenital malformation, renal pelvis stones and other lesions;
3. Urinary tract syndrome;
4. Patients with stage 4-5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) (i.e. EGFR <30ml/min);
5. Patients with severe heart, liver function damage or diabetes need immediate treatment;
6. Patients who are allergic to two antibiotics in the antimicrobial therapy in this experiment;
7. Pregnant or nursing women (women of childbearing age need to do urine HCG test to determine whether there is pregnancy);
8. Severe central nervous system diseases;
9. Drugs within 3 months.
