a) Subjects determined to be gastric adenocarcinoma by preoperative examination
b) Subjects without distant metastases on preoperative examination
c) Subjects scheduled for laparoscopic surgery
d) Subjects who are scheduled to undergo a gastro-intestinal anastomosis with Louwai reconstruction or Billorth type 2 reconstruction.
e) 20 years of age or older
f) Subjects with appropriate activity conditions. 0 or 1 on Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scale
g) Subjects who have not previously received chemotherapy or radiation to the abdomen.
h) the person who signed the consent form;
a) Active overlapping cancer (simultaneous or with heterogeneous ectopic malignancy within 5 years before surgery), except carcinoma in situ (lesions equal to intraepithelial or intramucosal cancer);
b) If you have residual gastric cancer
c) A person with a history of abdominal surgery other than laparoscopic appendectomy and cholecystectomy
d) Subjects who need accompanying resection due to invasion of other organs during preoperative examination
e) Pregnant and lactating women
f) Persons with mental illness (persons diagnosed with mental illness in medical records)
g) Those who are taking corticosteroids systemically (including herbal medicines)
h) Those with a history of uncontrolled angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months of the study
i) uncontrolled hypertension
j) Persons with serious respiratory diseases requiring continuous oxygen therapy

Name Time Method umber of cases of intestinal obstruction caused by Peterson's hernia treated in 3 years after surgery.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Complications including small bowel obstruction within 30 days after surgery, duration of intraoperative hiatus occlusion method and mesenteric fixation method, amount of bleeding or number of bleeding, number of hospitalization days after surgery, scope of gastrectomy and Peterson’s hernia according to reconstruction method, Peterson’s hernia according to use of anti-adhesion agent Hernia occurrence, previous hiatus occlusion method and mesenteric fixation during surgery for hernia treatment, hernia degree, and intestinal status (strangulation, perforation).
