Inclusion Criteria
1Patient includes diabetic ulcer
2Inflammation & Induration
3With or without Pain, Itching, Edema, Fibrinous exudates in the lesions.
4Patients who are willing to undergo Pugai application.
5Willing to give blood for investigation whenever required.
5Willing to attend OPD or admission in IPD for 45 days.
6Willing to take photograph before and after treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1Extensive and localized Gangrene require amputation
2Osteomyelitis
3Deep ulceration with bone, joint involvement
4Varicose ulcer
•Hansenâ??s disease
•Tuberculous ulcer
•Any other systemic illness
•Pregnancy and Lactation
•Bronchial asthma
