1. Healthy and cooperative children aged 3-6 years old.
2. Children who have a full primary dentition, consisting of 20 primary teeth.
3. Children who have at least 1 tooth with dentinal caries.
1. Children who have sound non carious teeth.
2. Children with a medical, physical, or mental disability.
3. Children with a known allergy to fluoride, silver, or colophony agents
4. Children who receiving professional fluoride treatment in the past 3 months.
5. Children who had taken long-term medications, medication influences salivary flow or taken antibiotic within one month before the trial.
