- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Determination of salivary fluoride concentration in saliva. It is expected to observe an increase in the salivary concentration of fluoride after the application of fluoride varnishes in the initial times after application with a subsequent decline.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Calculate the area under the curve of fluoride concentration in saliva over time. It is expected that the varnishes present a similar area under the curve value and that these values are greater when the fluoride dentifrice is associated with the varnish.
