- •Patients carrying treatment records prescribed at Cardiology OPD of KEM hospital or outside KEM hospital containing post myocardial infarction medication regimen for at least 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients or Legally Authorized Representative(LAR) not willing to give written informed consent.
