Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults aged 70 years or older who are receiving orthopedic surgery of the lower extremities under spinal anesthesia
- •\- ASA classification 1\-3
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients diagnosed with delirium, dementia, cognitive disorders
- •\- Anesthesia plan changed from spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia, for any reasons
- •\- Inappropriate to give sedatives due to patient's general condition
- •\- Patient's refusal to participate
