Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status (ASA PS) 1, 2, or 3
  • 2\. 65 years of age or older.
  • 3\. Patients scheduled to undergo major abdominal surgery (stomach, hepatobiliary, pancreas, colon)
  • 4\. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to propofol
  • 2\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to remimazolam
  • 3\. Patients with a history of neurological diseases such as stroke and cerebral infarction.
  • 4\. Patients with psychiatric diseases such as depression.
  • 5\. Patients judged to be inappropriate by the researcher.
