Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status (ASA PS) 1, 2, or 3
- •2\. 65 years of age or older.
- •3\. Patients scheduled to undergo major abdominal surgery (stomach, hepatobiliary, pancreas, colon)
- •4\. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to propofol
- •2\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to remimazolam
- •3\. Patients with a history of neurological diseases such as stroke and cerebral infarction.
- •4\. Patients with psychiatric diseases such as depression.
- •5\. Patients judged to be inappropriate by the researcher.
