Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Status (ASA PS) 1, 2, or 3
  • •2\. 65 years of age or older.
  • •3\. Patients scheduled to undergo major abdominal surgery (stomach, hepatobiliary, pancreas, colon)
  • •4\. Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to propofol
  • •2\.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to remimazolam
  • •3\. Patients with a history of neurological diseases such as stroke and cerebral infarction.
  • •4\. Patients with psychiatric diseases such as depression.
  • •5\. Patients judged to be inappropriate by the researcher.
