Central venous line under sedation for therapeutic or diagnostic reasons necessary
Exclusion Criteria
no informed consent
risk of sedation without intubation (expected anatomical anomalies of airways, dyspnea without sedation)
risk of medication (intolerance, assured or suspected mitochondriopathia)
hardness of hearing
