1. Patients requiring surgical removal of bilateral impacted (MESIOANGULAR) mandibular
third molars with a relatively similar classification and degree of difficulty based on Pell and Gregory and Winterââ?¬•s system of classification.
2. Patients with no systemic diseases or conditions -American society of anaesthesiology- ââ?¦Â
(ASA)
3. Patients consent to undergo surgical procedure and to participate in the study.
1. Patients with systemic diseases.
2. Patients with bleeding disorders.
3. Patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy
4. Nursing or pregnant women.
5. History of allergy to lignocaine and commonly used drugs.
6. Patients with local infections such as pericoronitis.
7. Patients with previous history of TMJ problems
8. Patients not willing to participate.
