To estimate the prevalence of scapular dyskinesis in bankers using Lateral Scapular Slide Test and Scapular Dyskinesis Test

研究概览

简要总结

All Participants will be screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The purpose of the study will be explained and written informed consent will be obtained from all the willing participants. A brief demographic data will be obtained from the participants. Assessment will be done based on LSST and SDT tests. Individuals will be assessed with the Questionnaire which are Neck Disability Index and SPADI. Workplace Productivity of every individual will be evaluated using Health and Work Questionnaire. The scapular tests would require 15 minutes and 3 questionnaires would take 20 minutes; a total of 35-40 minutes would be required to collect the data. This data will be documented and Analyzed.

入选标准

  • Working minimum for 6 hours per day.
  • Bankers with more than 2 years of experience Workers complaining of neck pain and shoulder pain Individuals willing to participate in the study.

排除标准

  • Individuals recently diagnosed with upper limb fractures Traumatic shoulder and neck pain Structural scoliosis Office workers who underwent surgery for the back, shoulder, neck, in preceding six months.
