简要总结

This randomized controlled trial investigates the effectiveness of selected corrective exercises compared to the conventional therapy which are the scapular stabilization exercises in male cricket players aged 18–25 years diagnosed with scapular dyskinesis. The study aims to evaluate improvements in pain, scapular function, and athletic performance over a 6-week intervention period. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a corrective exercise group or a conventional therapy group, with both protocols administered thrice weekly. Outcome measures include scapular dyskinesis (LSST), pain scores (NPRS), throwing accuracy (FTPI), and throwing distance (ULEPT). The findings will contribute to evidence-based rehabilitation strategies for overhead athletes, enhancing performance and reducing injury risk.
