- •All patients: \-written consent to participate \-Age \= 18 Jahre
- •Groups with Sepsis/ septic shock:
- •\-suspected infection
- •\-SOFA\-Score \= 2
- •Group undergoing pancreatic surgery:
- •\- planned admission to intensive care ward
- •\-open pancreatic resection
- •healthy respondents:
- •\- ASA 1 or ASA 2 Status
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-refusal to participate
- •\-Default of inclusion criteria
- •\-preoperative diagnosis of atrial fibrillation in pancreatic surgery patients
