Inclusion Criteria
All patients: -written consent to participate -Age = 18 Jahre
Groups with Sepsis/ septic shock:
-suspected infection
-SOFA-Score = 2
Group undergoing pancreatic surgery:
- planned admission to intensive care ward
-open pancreatic resection
healthy respondents:
- ASA 1 or ASA 2 Status
Exclusion Criteria
-refusal to participate
-Default of inclusion criteria
-preoperative diagnosis of atrial fibrillation in pancreatic surgery patients
