Inclusion Criteria
- •Intervention group (direct assignment):
- •All insured persons of the DRV BW who complete a rehabilitation treatment in the model regions due to a mental illness (ICD-10: F32-33, F40-41, F43, F45) after direct assignment during the observation period.
- •Control group (standard application procedure):
- •Insured persons who complete a rehabilitation treatment in a participating rehabilitation facility due to a mental illness (ICD-10: F32-33, F40-41, F43, F45) during the observation period and who have gone through the current application procedure.
- •Other inclusion criteria (for IG and KG):
- •- There is no pension application
- •- There is no pension claim
- •- There has been no previous psychosomatic rehabilitation due to the current diagnosis
- •- Age of majority and working age (18-65 years)
Exclusion Criteria
- •No communication in German possible.
