Inclusion Criteria
- •1\). All primary unilateral TKR.
- •2\). BMI \<40\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Bilateral single stage TKR
- •2\. Complex primary TKR
- •3\. Stiff knee
- •4\. Revision TKR
- •5\. Chronic liver disease
- •6\. contra indication to peripheral nerve block.
- •7\. Valgus knee in primary TKR.
