  • •1\). All primary unilateral TKR.
  • •2\). BMI \<40\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Bilateral single stage TKR
  • •2\. Complex primary TKR
  • •3\. Stiff knee
  • •4\. Revision TKR
  • •5\. Chronic liver disease
  • •6\. contra indication to peripheral nerve block.
  • •7\. Valgus knee in primary TKR.
