Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty due to osteoarthritis,
- •\- BMI \<38 kg/m2,
- •\- ASA I\-III,
- •\- patient is motivated to follow the protocol of the trial.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- bilateral total knee arthroplasty,
- •\- allergy or intolerance to the trial medication,
- •\- long\-term use of anticoagulants before surgery,
- •\- steroid therapy in the last year,
- •\- active malignancy,
- •\- neurological or balance problems,
- •\- the patient is already in another study.
