Inclusion Criteria

Patients who underwent normal vaginal delivery in Phramongkutklao hospital.
Patents who were more than 18 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who has allergy to acetaminohen or gabapentin.
Patients who received epidural anesthesia.
Patients who had intravenous sedation 2 hours prior to delivery.
Patients with preexisting depression, epilepsy.
