Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients presenting with the signs and symptoms of Mootrashmari will be selected for

study, irrespective of chemical composition of calculi.

2) The patients of age group between 16 - 60 years will be selected.

3) Urinary calculi measuring up to 10mm.

4) Patient suffering from recurrent stones are also included in the study

Exclusion Criteria

1)Multiple stones more than two in any renal having size more than 10mm will be excluded. 2)Patient with chronic systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, HIV, BPH etc. will not be enrolled for the study.

3)Patient with disease related complications like moderate hydronephrosis, uraemia, pyuria etc.

will be excluded.

4) Patients under the age of 16 years and over the age of 60 will be excluded.

To rule out the significant result of Eladi Kashaya and Varunadi Kashaya in the management of Mootrashmari <br/ ><br>Criteria of Assessment: Subjective and Objective parameters will be assessed before and after the treatment. <br/ ><br>Subjective Parameters are Vedana (Pain), Sadaha (Burning Micturition) and Sarudhiramutrata (Haematuria) present or absent <br/ ><br>Objective Parameters- Size of calculi will be assessed with Ultra Sonography of abdomenopelvic region <br/ ><br> Timepoint: 1st and 30th day

Secondary outcome will clarify in how many patients recurrence of Mootrashmari has occurred <br/ ><br>All patients under study will be followed on 45th day and 60th for any recurrence of Subjective parameters, and if required Ultra Sonography can be done to assess size of calculi.Timepoint: 45th day and 60th day
