- •2)GCS = 8 or if intubated, GCS Motor =5 on admission to intensive care unit
- •3)Patients deteriorating in the hospital to GCS =8 within 48 hours of injury

- •1)GCS of 3 with fixed and dilated pupils
- •2)Non-ICU patients
- •3)Pregnancy
- •4)No consent
