入选标准
- •Adult patients (18 - 70 years) admitted with intracranial pathology in neurosurgical ICU at our hospital which usually includes intracranial tumours and subarachnoid haemorrhage with intra-arterial blood pressure monitoring and central venous access in place.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Age less than 18 years and more than 70 years.
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •patients with pneumocephalus or pneumoventricle
- •Concomitant severe medical illness like decompensated heart failure, advanced liver disease, renal failure
- •Thick skull with poor bone window
