Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged 18 ââ?¬â?? 65 years
  • •2\.ASA 1 and 2
  • •3\.Elective thoracolumbar spinal surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Unable to insonate the MCA
  • •2\.Re exploration procedures
  • •3\.Carotid artery disease
  • •4\.Presence of intracranial pathology (intracranial space occupying lesions, meningitis, stroke, traumatic brain injury)
  • •5\.Intraoperative dye utilization or blood transfusion
  • •6\.Intraoperative SSEP and MEP recording
