Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Modified Hunt \& Hess scale grade 1 and 2
  • Patient with ACOM Aneurysm

Exclusion Criteria

  • Obese Patients
  • Patients having Neurological trauma
  • Patients having space occupying lesion
  • Patients having any history of psychiatric illness
