- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To detect cerebral desaturation episodes during embolisation of anterior circulatory aneu-rysms and its effect on incidence of DCI during the hospital stay, mortality and outcome at discharge.Timepoint: prior to the procedure, every 10 minutes throughout the proedure and post procedure
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method â?¢Effects of the periprocedural cerebral blood flow velocity changes on the incidence of complications, disease course during the hospital stay and outcomes at discharge.

â?¢To study the correlation of changes in CBFV and rScO2 with changes in angiographic vasospasm

Timepoint: prior to the procedure, post procedure and 48 hour after procedure
