Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients posted for Elective AVM embolization or resection surgery,AVMs in Supratentorial location,GCS of 15,ASA (American society of anaesthesiologists) status I and II patients.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patient refusal.
  • •2\)Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years.
  • •3\)Patients with GCS \<15
  • •4\)Patients presenting for emergency surgery,
  • •5\)Patients with recurrent disease,
  • •6\)Patients with posterior circulation AVM,
  • •7\)ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) status III ,IV,V patients, Pregnant \& nursing mothers.
