• Participants > 6 years old
• diagnostic documents (PSA, FRS, models at least beginning / end orthodontic therapy) relevant for the individual examinations (outcomes) available in the context of medically indicated diagnostics and therapy with the exception of the saliva sample to be obtained in the course of the study
• no previous orthodontic therapy
• no syndromes / dentofacial anomalies (e.g. LKG columns)
• no trauma and no previous surgery in the craniofacial area
• Patients from Central Europe (genetic origin), max. 1 grandparent not Central Europe
