1.Patients attending ENT OPD with a clinical diagnosis of perennial allergic rhinitis whose symptoms are moderate to severe grade and are not controlled by standard medical therapy and are opting for surgery.
2.Age ranging from 18 to 65 yr.
1.Patients with any serious medical disease like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, chronic heart disease, and systemic causes of rhinitis (hormonal, drug-induced).
2.Patients with bacterial sinusitis
3.Sinonasal malignancy
4.All case of Sinonasal polyposis
5.Patients with other anatomical variations (deviated nasal septum, hypertrophied turbinates, medialized uncinate process) as diagnosed on CT scan.
6.Patients with previous sinonasal surgeries.
