Inclusion Criteria
•Diagnosis of chronic rhinitis based on clinical assessment and TNSS.
•No polyp or anatomical constraints on Computed tomography of paranasal sinuses.
•Age between 18 and 65 years.
•Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
•Previous PNNN or any nasal surgery.
•Known contraindications for corticosteroid treatment or PNNN.
•Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis.
•Severe comorbidities or conditions affecting study outcomes.
