ASA physical status I-III.

Exclusion Criteria

Refusal by patients for the procedure Patients with pre existing cognitive dysfunction Patients who presented with MMSE less than 23 Pre existing cardiac disease, neurological condition, severe respiratory disease etc Coagulopathy Allergy to drugs used.
