Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic carcinoma, \<20% body weight loss, informed consent, age \>\= 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Metastasized pancreatic carcinoma other than lymph node metastases, parenteral nutrition, secondary tumor, active chronic gastrointestinal disease, stop of the complementary nutrition for more than 3 days, cardial or renal diseases as a contraindication for the enteral complementary nutrition.
