Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed cases of Stage III\-IV of Squamous cell Carcinoma Oropharynx and Supraglottis, which are fit for radical Chemo\-Radiotherapy treatment

Exclusion Criteria

  • Primary site carcinoma Oral cavity, nasopharynx.
  • History of previous radiotherapy to head neck region
  • Abnormal LFT/RFT
