Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed cases of Stage III\-IV of Squamous cell Carcinoma Oropharynx and Supraglottis, which are fit for radical Chemo\-Radiotherapy treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- •Primary site carcinoma Oral cavity, nasopharynx.
- •History of previous radiotherapy to head neck region
- •Abnormal LFT/RFT
