Inclusion Criteria

Diagnosed cases of Stage III-IV of Squamous cell Carcinoma Oropharynx and Supraglottis, which are fit for radical Chemo-Radiotherapy treatment

Exclusion Criteria

•Primary site carcinoma Oral cavity, nasopharynx.

•History of previous radiotherapy to head neck region

•Abnormal LFT/RFT
