patients with terminal liver insufficiency which makes a liver transplantaion necessary
Exclusion Criteria
cognitive deficits that prevent from understanding the psychometric tests.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary end point of the study is the change of psychometric variables in terms of depression, anxiety and traumatic symptoms and life quality compared to the parameters in the baseline assessment. This will be measured in 3 follow up points:<br>3. month after transplantation: rating of depressive (BDI), posttraumatic (PTSS-10), anxiety (STAI) symptoms and general life quality (FLZ, SCL-90R).<br>6. month after transplantation: rating of depressive (BDI), posttraumatic (PTSS-10), anxiety (STAI) symptoms and general life quality (FLZ, SCL-90R).<br>12. month after transplantation: rating of depressive (BDI), posttraumatic (PTSS-10), anxiety (STAI) symptoms and general life quality (FLZ, SCL-90R).
