- •Previous history of COVID\-19 leading to significant medical morbidity/hospital admission and willingness/consent to perform follow\-up interviews and examinations starting 6 months after remission of index episode/hospital discharge

- •Unavailability or refusal to perform multidisciplinary evaluations
