Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 60-75 yrs
- •MOCA score less than 26
- •Ability to follow the instruction
- •Able to move full ROM the lower and upper extremities
- •Men and Women
Exclusion Criteria
- •Consuming medication that affected their activity
- •Attend any brain gym session within 1 month
- •Patient with respiratory distress
- •Not willing to participate
- •Patient suffering from Stress, Anxiety, Alzheimer disease
