1. The patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis
2. Adults (19 yrs ~ 70 yrs)
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification 1 or 2
1. Patients who do not agree to participate in this study
2. Emergency surgery
3. ASA physical status classification 3 or above
4. Preoperative bleeding tendency (INR > 2.0) or taking drugs related to increased bleeding
5. History of allergy to the agents to be administered
6. Intraoperative hemodynamic instability with the extent that colloid infusion/transfusion or vasoactive drugs are necessary
