1. Patients scheduled for TUR-BT at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 80 years old)
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
1. Disagreement to participate in this study
2. Moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (preoperative eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2)
3. Atrioventricular block
4. Neuromuscular disease
5. Hypermagnesemia (> 3.0mg/dL) or hypocalcemia (< 8.6mg/dL)
6. Change in surgical plans
7. Taking medication known to interact with magnesium
8. Preexisting bladder disease, known GI ulcer/perforation, or coagulopathy.
