(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of migraine without aura (common type);
(2) Conforming to the dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, hyperactivity of liver Yang causes headache;
(3) Migraine attacks more than 3 times a month;
(4) Aged from 18 to 65 years;
(5) Voluntary subjects with informed consent of patients.
(1) pregnant woman or in suckling period;
(2) Patients with severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system of heart, liver and kidney and mental illness;
(3) Headache is a symptom of other diseases, such as post-traumatic brain syndrome, organic brain disease, hypertension, etc.;
(4) Excluding other types of migraine in the international headache classification, such as migraine with aura, chronic migraine, migraine syndrome, possible migraine, and syndrome possibly related to migraine, etc.
