Inclusion Criteria

The length of partial prolapse is not more than 3.75 cm

patient having confirmed diagnosis of partial rectal prolapse

controlled case of diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Exclusion Criteria

patient below 18 year and above 80 year

contraindicated for kshara karma

uncontrolled case of diabetes mellitus and hypertension

any type of coagulopathy viz haemophilia

sickle cell anaemia

HIV and HBsAG patient and any carcinoma of the rectum anal canal .
