- •2. Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) 15 or higher
- •3. Participants diagnosed with Sleep disorders by DSM-5 criteria
- •4. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
- •5. Participants who willing to receive Korean medicine treatment

- •1. Participants who have received treatment for insomnia in the past four weeks
- •2. Participants who are challenging to follow the treatment schedule
- •3. Participants who are determined to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator
