Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants aged 19 to under 80
- •2\. Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) 15 or higher
- •3\. Participants diagnosed with Sleep disorders by DSM\-5 criteria
- •4\. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
- •5\. Participants who willing to receive Korean medicine treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants who have received treatment for insomnia in the past four weeks
- •2\. Participants who are challenging to follow the treatment schedule
- •3\. Participants who are determined to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator
