- •1.Healthy adult patients coming for surgeries for anal fissure or hemorrhoids as a day care procedure
- •2. expected duration of surgery less than one hour
排除标准
- •1. Presence of severe illnesses (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, hematological)
- •2. Inability to lie down in prone position
- •3. Local infection over injection site
- •4. Prolonged or extensive surgery planned
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Anatomical abnormalities of sacrum or caudal space
