排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal.
- •2. Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3. Localized infection.
- •4. Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis/ Patients on anticoagulants
- •5. Pre-existing neurological deficit
- •6. Spinal deformities
- •7. LV EF less than 40%
- •8. Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition.
- •9. Inability to understand pain scoring.
- •10. Emergency surgery
