Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing Aorto-femoral arterial bypass surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal.
2. Allergy to local anesthetics.
3. Localized infection.
4. Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis/ Patients on anticoagulants
5. Pre-existing neurological deficit
6. Spinal deformities
7. LV EF less than 40%
8. Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition.
9. Inability to understand pain scoring.
10. Emergency surgery
