Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Volunteers with low haemoglobin level irrespective of gender
  • •that is below 11\.5gm/dl and above 8\.5gm/dl will be selected.
  • •2\.Age Group\-16 to 30

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Any major acute or Chronic disease.
  • •2\. Patients who taken haematinics treatment.
  • •3\. Pregnant or lactating women.
