Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Volunteers with low haemoglobin level irrespective of gender
- •that is below 11.5gm/dl and above 8.5gm/dl will be selected.
- •2.Age Group-16 to 30
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Any major acute or Chronic disease.
- •2. Patients who taken haematinics treatment.
- •3. Pregnant or lactating women.
