Inclusion Criteria
Participants who are voluntary consented to participate in the study
Participants with Hemoglobin level 13.5 to 17.5 grams per deciliter for males and 12.0 to 15.5 grams per deciliter for females.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who are suffering from hearing impairment.
Participants who are enrolled to dance or music class.
Participants living with hearing aid.
Participants with hormonal disorder.
Participants with any chronic illness.
