Children and adolescents from 6 to 18 years of age with a child and adolescent psychiatric disorder (all F diagnoses) and their legal guardians.
- The prerequisite for evaluation within the framework of home treatment and inpatient treatment is a degree of severity of the psychiatric symptomatology that corresponds to a need for inpatient treatment as determined by a specialist (high-grade restriction of the psychosocial level of functioning due to the symptomatology). Children and adolescents whose treatment can be provided on an outpatient basis are not evaluated.
- Children and adolescents who are a danger to themselves or others or patients who are treated in accordance with the involuntary commitment law
- Insufficient German language skills of the child or adolescent
- Refusal of participation in home treatment by the parents or lack of treatment motivation by the patients and/or parents

Name Time Method The primary outcome criterion is defined as change in quality of life and general psychosocial functioning level after completion of inpatient treatment or home treatment.
