Inclusion Criteria

The volunteers were considered in good health based on a medical history questionnaire, none of others medication intake and obtained physical examination to confirm healthy status by Family Medicine physician.

Exclusion Criteria

Smokers, subjects declaring vitamin or dietary supplementation and subjects who allergy to banana, history of chronic diseases and/or acute diseases were excluded from this study.
