Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Diagnosis of idiopathic PD
- •2\)Patient on 4 years of dopamine therapy
- •3\)Motor fluctuations and drug\-related Dyskinesias
- •4\)IQ Cut Off more than or equal to 84, based on CPM
- •5\)Willing to give written informed consent
- •6\)Absence of dementia or severe cognitive impairment (HMSE score more than 23\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Leads removed due to infection, malfunction, etc.
- •2\)Suffering from any other severe psychiatric disorder (based on clinical assessment) or substance use disorder (except caffeine \& nicotine) assessed through clinical interview
- •3\)Comorbid neurological illness (e.g., stroke, TBI, SOL)
- •4\)Uncontrolled medical illness (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- •5\)Currently receiving any form of Cognitive rehabilitation Therapy
